Biathlon attracts 150 participants at Frassinoro Sports Festival

The first edition of the “Una montagna di sport” festival took place at the Frassinoro Biathlon Stadium in Modena on Sunday, 23 August, bringing together visitors for a day dedicated to sport and active participation.

The festival offered participants the opportunity to discover and try a variety of different sports, with biathlon proving a popular part of the programme.

The biathlon area was organised by the local biathlon and cross-country skiing club together with Frassinoro Biathlon Friends. Throughout the day, around 150 visitors stepped up to the range to test their shooting skills with laser rifles and experience biathlon first-hand.

With strong participation and plenty of enthusiasm from visitors, the inaugural “Una montagna di sport” festival proved a great success and provided another opportunity to introduce biathlon to a wider audience.
