Biathlon for Everyone brings families together in Spytkowice

On 19 September 2026, Spytkowice, Poland, hosted a Biathlon for Everyone event, offering children and adults the opportunity to experience biathlon in a fun and accessible format.

The event took place at the sports ground next to Primary School No. 1 in Spytkowice and combined running and shooting activities. With eight categories for children and an open category for adults, the competition was designed to encourage participation from the whole family.

Under the motto “Run, shoot, have fun!”, participants were invited to test their skills and enjoy the excitement of biathlon in a welcoming grassroots environment. Participation was free of charge, helping to make the sport accessible to everyone interested in giving it a try.

The event formed part of the Polish “Biathlon dla Każdego” (Biathlon for Everyone) initiative, which introduces biathlon to new participants and provides opportunities for children and families to discover the sport in their local communities.
