Chelsea Nordiq Biathlon will host the Fall 2025 Laser Biathlon Challenge in Canada on 16 November 2025. The event invites participants to test their endurance and marksmanship in a fun and inclusive setting. No prior experience is required, as all equipment and training will be provided by the club’s athletes and coaching staff.
Competitors may choose from 1.5 km, 2.5 km, or 5 km courses, each consisting of four running laps and three shooting bouts using rifle sets produced by EcoAims. The race follows a run – shoot – run – shoot – run – shoot – run format, with participants shooting until all five targets are hit. There are no penalties for missed shots, although competitors must remain in their lane until all targets are cleared.
Open to ages seven and up, the challenge emphasises personal achievement and enjoyment over competition. Participation prizes will be awarded to all entrants, and while results will be posted, the primary aim is to encourage participants to push themselves and enjoy the experience.
