Welcome to the Danish Championships 10,000 Meters and Race Walking on Track – and to the 4x400 Meter Track and Shoot
THE DANISH CHAMPIONSHIP Dansk Atletik and Herlev Running and Athletics Club are pleased to welcome you to the Danish Championships in the 10,000 meters and Danish Championships in race walking on track, held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, for seniors and masters at Herlev Stadium.
The championship is organized in conjunction with the Herlev Relay – an athletics meet for children and youth, which also includes the 4x400 Track and Shoot Biathlon with laser rifles. This means there will be plenty of activity and spectators at the stadium, making the championships extra festive.
Preliminary Schedule (subject to changes after the registration deadline)
11:30: DM Heat 1 (W50, M55-M65)
12:30: DM Heat 2 (M40 - M50) + DM Race Walk 10,000 meters Men and DM Race Walk 5,000 meters Women
15:30: DM Heat 3 (W55+, M70+) + DM Race Walk 5,000 meters Masters M/F
18:00: DM Heat 4 (SW, W30-W45)
20:00: DM Heat 5 (SM, M30-M35)
DM Medals Medals are awarded in all age groups. The Danish Champion for senior men and senior women will be determined in the senior heats for men and women over 10,000 meters.
