International Biathlon Day 2026 in Lithuania
Join us in Vilnius for a special Biathlon 4 All event celebrating International Biathlon Day in Vingis Park, the largest park in the Lithuanian capital. This free, family-friendly event invites people of all ages and abilities to discover biathlon in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
Throughout the day, participants will be able to join drop-in biathlon activities featuring a short running loop combined with laser shooting on electronic targets. Four Olympic biathlete mentors will lead demonstrations, provide coaching, and guide participants through the experience.
The programme includes continuous public activities from 10:00 to 14:00, as well as a special children’s biathlon competition at 12:00 with prizes and fun categories for young participants. Family challenges, photo opportunities, and interactive activities will also take place throughout the event.
Organised according to the Biathlon 4 All principles, the event aims to make biathlon accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. Around 120 residents and visitors are expected to take part in this celebration of sport and community in the heart of Vilnius.
